Sharusha Moodley, Roy Bregman and Karen Theunissen have joined forces as Labour³ to offer a one-stop-shop of labour law services.

Sharusha Moodley practises as Sharusha Moodley Attorneys in association with Bregmans Attorneys in Killarney Mall. Her firm has an extensive individual and corporate client base, specialising in all aspects of Industrial Relations and Employment Law. She sits on the panel of the Discovery Health Medical Scheme dispute committee and has extensive work experience in Labour litigation, Disciplinary Enquiries and CCMA appearances.
Karen Theunissen is a practicing attorney in Randburg, specialising in Labour Law. She is a director at the law firm, Bezuidenhout Van Zyl and Associates Incorporated and heads up the firm’s Employment Law Department. Karen consults with various organizations on their employee and industrial relations policies and practices. She provides legal advice to enterprise development initiatives and consults on the law of trusts and contracts. She was an appointed committee member of the National Exemption Appeals Committee for National Bargaining Council for the Wood and Paper Sector. She published an article on “Constructive Dismissal” in Business Blue Book Series in 2005. She served on the faculty of the University of Johannesburg as a part-time lecturer in Employee Relations in 2008. She completed her Masters Degree in Labour Law at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2009.

Labour³ deals with labour relations affecting the basic, minimum requirements for employers and employees. We are able to offer expertise in the following areas of the law:
